One shared baby tracker for everyone who helps

Parenting is a team sport. Finally, an app that acts like one.

ParentPod keeps feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, notes, and handoffs in one private timeline — so partners, grandparents, doulas, and sitters can pick up where the last person left off.

Made for the handoff

Nobody has to remember the whole day alone.

Each person adds the moments they were there for. ParentPod keeps them together, so whoever helps next starts with context.

“Has the baby eaten?”

Check the last feed, bottle, diaper, or nap without waking the person who just finished a shift.

“What happened while I slept?”

See one shared timeline instead of reconstructing the night from memory, notes, and half-finished texts.

“What should we tell the pediatrician?”

Bring a clean summary of feeds, sleep, growth, and milestones instead of piecing the week together in the waiting room.

ParentPod is a parenting support tool, not medical advice. If something feels urgent, call your pediatrician or local emergency services.

One day, shared

One day. Three people helping. Everyone caught up.

ParentPod keeps the basics visible, so every handoff starts with what happened and what comes next.

  1. Maya · Mom

    Night shift · 10pm–6am

    “Did you feed her?”

You trade nights. You love your kid. You do not love the 3am text chain. Everything Maya logs — half-asleep, by voice — lands on the shared timeline instantly.

    Logged: 2:10am feed · 4oz · back down at 2:40

  2. Dev · Dad

    Morning shift · 6am–12pm

    “What happened overnight?”

Dev opens the app and knows — no whispered debrief over the crib. The overnight brief is already there: feeds, wakes, and Maya's note about the new swaddle.

Read overnight brief · added: 8:32am bottle

  3. Teresa · Nanny

    Tue & Thu · 12pm–6pm

“I need a clean handoff, every day.”

Teresa starts each shift with a structured brief and ends it with a one-tap report parents actually read. Grandparents get the same view — invite anyone with a code, revoke any time.

Built for shared care

Built around the people, not just the data.

ParentPod organizes the day around one question: what does the next person need to know? The answer stays clear, quiet, and easy to act on.

1 pod to keep your baby's day together
1 view for everyone helping with your baby
0 ads or sales of your family's data
The work it takes off your plate

Built for first feeds, first naps, and first handoffs.

Log quickly, share instantly, and make sense of the week without turning parenting into a wall of charts.

Voice logging

Log the moment before it disappears.

Holding a bottle? Rocking to sleep? Say it out loud or tap once — ParentPod turns fuzzy midnight memories into a clear record.

  • Say “log 4 oz bottle” and ParentPod records the amount
  • Background timers that keep running
  • Works offline, syncs when you're back
  • One-handed, hands-free, even in the dark
Listening…
“Log a 4oz bottle and start a nap timer.”

Shared timeline

Know what happened while you slept.

Every feed, diaper and nap — logged by whoever's on shift, visible to the whole team in real time, with a handoff summary when you need it.

  • One-tap shift handoff with a complete summary
  • Invite anyone with a code, revoke any time
  • In-app messaging by child

Knows Lena's patterns
Lena's last three nights began with a short sleep stretch. Bedtime started about 30 minutes later on those nights. You could compare tonight with an earlier wind-down.

From the founder

Built by a parent who needed it first.

ParentPod started with one question: “Did you feed him?”

My partner and I kept losing baby updates in a group chat with ourselves. I built the first version on parental leave so either of us could see the day without waking the other.

Voice logging made it easy to capture a feed with full hands. A shared timeline meant the next person could take over without a ten-minute debrief.

My family used ParentPod first. I still answer support, ship the updates, and use the app at home.

Early days

Built at home. Now ready for yours.

ParentPod is still early. My family used it first, and I’m opening it to other families now. I answer support myself and will only publish parent reviews when I have permission to share them.

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Is ParentPod really free to start?

Yes. Track one child with core logging — feeds, sleep, diapers, growth and more — forever, no credit card. Upgrade when you want more.

Which devices does it work on?

iPhone, iPad, Android, and any modern browser. Offline-first — log without signal, everything syncs when you’re back online.

How does caregiver sharing work?

Share a simple invite code. They install ParentPod, link to your child, and see every activity in real time. Revoke access any time.

Is our data private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell family data or use it to train models. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account in one tap. We follow COPPA, GDPR and CCPA requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If Pod Coach “learns my baby’s rhythm,” is it training an AI on my data?

No. Pod Coach receives the relevant feeds, sleep logs, or growth entries for that question in a short-lived context. Account data is not used to train ParentPod or third-party models, and the context is discarded after the response.

Can I track more than one child?

Free supports one child, Core two, Family six, Pro unlimited. Siblings share one family account so the whole village has a single view.

Does it replace my pediatrician?

No. ParentPod can organize growth, temperature, feeding, sleep, and milestone logs, but it does not diagnose or replace medical care. It can generate a pediatric summary PDF to print or email for doctor visits.
